I am pleased to share with you that we have appointed Carmen Garcia as the Director of Latin America Operations. Carmen comes to us with more than 10 years of software development and programming experience in delivering SAP solutions. Carmen's responsibilities include leading the day to day operations of the Insolex Latin America Technology Center defining the operating model of the Insolex Service, Software and Application Lifecycle Management factories, overseeing service intake and fulfillment operations and consolidation of Insolex participation in the Information Technology Markets in Latin-America.
Carmen is a dedicated success-oriented professional with more than 10 years of experience in the SAP Latin-American market, and over 30 satisfied Clients in 8 countries, including English and Spanish Caribbean. Having served as a Sales Executive, Technical Consultant and Technical Leader, she has a wide knowledge of the SAP portfolio from both, a general view of the whole portfolio, and a more focused technical point of view of the ERP Solutions. Her outstanding communication, leadership, and training skills motivate her team-mates to excel, achieving success in every project she participates. Her level of integrity and pro-activeness make her a trustworthy co-worker and service provider.
Her knowledge of the SAP services in Latin-America, and her passionate work, provides Insolex the capability to build a solid success driven team, and to maximize the value we provide to Clients.
